You own everything — code, accounts, hosting, documentation. Every project includes a handoff document written for non-technical teams. Post-launch support included. After that, continue with me monthly or take it in-house. Your choice.

How do you scale if my project grows?

Accepted Answer

I bring in specialists when the project needs them — designers, backend engineers, QA. You get one point of contact (me) with the right team behind it. Every project includes full documentation, your credentials, your repos from day one. If you ever want to take it in-house, any developer can pick it up. No black boxes.

Question 6

I'm in a different timezone. Does that matter?

Based in Argentina with full US East Coast overlap (9am-6pm ART / 8am-5pm EST). Direct WhatsApp access for async communication. I've worked with teams across US, Europe, and LATAM for 7+ years — timezone has never been a blocker.

Can't I just use Zapier or Make for this?

You can — and for simple automations (Slack notifications, basic CRM updates), you should. Where I come in is when the automation requires judgment: processing unstructured data, handling edge cases, coordinating between 5+ systems, or building something that needs to work at 3 AM without supervision. The gap between 'connected two apps' and 'built an autonomous system' is where most DIY projects stall.
