Terms of Service

1. Services

OxxO Pro, operated by Iñaki Cormenzana Méndez, provides technology consulting services including AI automation, product development, and technical strategy. All engagements are governed by individual project agreements that define scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing.

2. Engagement Terms

• All projects are fixed-price with milestone-based payments unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Work begins after the first milestone payment is received and the scope document is signed.
• You own all code, designs, and deliverables from day one of the engagement.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all project deliverables (code, documentation, designs) are transferred to you. OxxO Pro retains the right to use general knowledge, techniques, and non-confidential project descriptions for portfolio purposes, unless restricted by a separate NDA.

4. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We do not share project details, business data, or technical specifics with third parties without your explicit consent.

5. Communication

Primary communication channels are email and WhatsApp. Response times: within 24 hours on business days (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm ART). For Fractional Technical Partner engagements, direct WhatsApp access is available daily.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

• Either party may terminate the engagement with 7 days written notice.
• Work completed up to the cancellation date is billed and delivered.
• Fractional Technical Partner engagements are month-to-month with no long-term commitment.

7. Limitation of Liability

OxxO Pro's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tucumán, Argentina.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
